Unwanted Items

Unused products can be returned to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange,  socks or chains that have been taken on a journey or trip where it is a legal requirement is considered use, and even if unopened are non returnable. Products and packaging must be in the same good condition that they were supplied in. Please quote your name, address and order number and the new product part number required for exchange or request to refund in with your return and ideally inform us before they are returned. Returns made outside of this time may not be accepted or subject to a administration fee.

Return shipping should be sent using a tracible service that requires a signature, we can only refund or replace your order if we receive it. 

Incorrect Items

If you believe that you have been sent the incorrect item, please refer back to the website to check the application by tyre size. It is often the case that not all suitable tyre sizes are listed on the product packaging. If the item received does not correspond with your order, please contact us.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item to be faulty, contact us prior to returning the goods quoting your name and order number and a description of the fault. We may require digital images, or for you to send the goods back for inspection. No goods that are returned without prior contact can be accepted, and goods that have been miss-used as outlined in the below paragraph will not be considered.

Damages caused by miss-use of chains or socks will not be exchanged to refunded. Please note that chains and socks are not indestructible. Spinning wheels with chains fitted, overuse on non snow/ice surfaces and incorrect fitting (including under & over tightening) may all cause the chains to break, chains are supplied with extra chain links because chain may need repairing from damage caused by the above mentioned misuses, any chain used on the cars, vans and 4×4 are limited in their thickness due to fitting and clearance reasons. Likewise socks can be damaged with friction if in contact with the road.

Faulty items should be reported to us within 30 days of receipt of an order. Please contact us before you return any items. 

All socks or chains purchased should be trial fitted before any trip or event of snow as we are unable to replace or refund items if not in the UK or Ireland or in adverse weather conditions there may be delays. All chains and socks should be checked for clearance with other parts of the vehicle that the chain could make contact with.
